Should I have a V8

So I bought some of this stuff the other day in the store. After I actually looked at what's in it the vitamin content looks almost worthless. Some vitamin C and a little A. I bought it mainly because I don't eat enough vegies and wanted the vitamins \ thought it would be good for me. Am I missing something or is this stuff worthless?

I came in here to post a picture of V8 juice because it was obvious you were posting about an awesome car with a V8 engine.

I can't believe you actually were talking about V8 juice and asking what it's good for. It is just vegetable juice, not some wonder drug.

By posting very little and using the ignore button frequently so I don't have to put up with asinine replies. Thanks for the few real replies guys.

I actually want to know if V8 is a decent addition to a diet of someone that doesn't eat nearly enough vegetables? Does it have the same nutritious properties as a days' worth of veggies?
