metabolic drive tastes great with water...

Alright, I guess I'll drink it with water. I really like milk and have never had any problems with digestion. I think it's a good way to get the protein I need, but some of the stuff posted scares me a little.

"Milk is for Babies" - Governator

There are also some studies that show Milk increases your histamine levels and can have allergic-like side effects. Other studies say milk causes you to generate more mucus in sinus and lungs which can lead to congestion and feeling crappy.

I put milk on my cereal. Other than that I avoid it.

I've heard 3 things about milk

a) the homone added milk is bad for you and not labelled so can't tell if you're getting it
b) pasteurization /homogenation does something to the milk that is bad for you ,denatures or something, supposedly bad for your arteries.

c) whole raw fresh milk is good for you but very hard to get unless your neighbor is a small farmer.
