I was in a 20 buy in downswing at 2/4, so i grinded the last three days and have made just about all of it back. 2/4 is much less variance than 3/6 and 5/19, really I was playing well too. In fact, of the 20 buy ins I'd say almost none of them had negative Sklansky dollars situations.

vp you are my hero. when i was in this downswing i seriously thought of that graph you posted from 5/10 at one point. i just thought "he vp can do it, ae can do it."

and then i kept saying "keep on keepin' on" to myself and i listened to my secret anti tilt song (I won't reveal publicly, it is the only song guaranteed to keep you off of tilt).

I have been running really bad lately (like everyone else, it seems). Everyone always says to move down, which hasn't helped me that much in the past. So I've been experimenting with moving WAY down (think 50NL). At that level, the money just absolutely means nothing. I know that I can't lose much at that level no matter how hard I try. Much more importantly, I know that I can't win much at that level, so I'm not pressing to make up losses.

Has been great for rebuilding confidence and fixing the sort of subtle tilt issues that whitelime's post talks about.
