It's only 5700 hands, but that's 3 months of poker at the rate I play. Breaking even sucks.

Nothing person Aaron, but I dislike other people's breakeven posts. Mostly because I see them and think to myself, 'ha, I got that beat' and then go look at my own breakeven graph, which of course saddens me.

The russians then shortstacked him by emptying Moscow

No, that move was a nice turn check-raise!

I really beg to differ on this one. Napoleon won that hand but got nothing at all. Perhaps the russians disconnected and had all-in protection (which I really hate, you make a NL raise that your opponent never can call and then mysteriously he disconnects and somehow he outdraws you, those unmentionable scumbags).

Napoleon was playing above his roll, ldo.

That is a fair point, eventhough France had the largest population in europe at that time, maybe russia had overtaken them, not sure, but as most were in the siberain outskirts, never mind, the rest combined where the largest stack. But he did manage to bully the others one by one for quite a while. To able to bully everyone for a long time, you need more than 50% of the chips.

How to Tilt a Loose-Passive in Two Easy Steps!

Step 1: Give Hero a read that you'll bet this river with all kinds of BS:

PokerStars 0.05/0.10 Hold'em (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is Button with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
Villain calls, 1 fold, Hero raises, 2 folds, Villain calls.

Flop: (5.40 SB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Villain bets, Hero calls.

Turn: (3.70 BB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Villain bets, Hero calls.

River: (5.70 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Villain bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 7.70 BB

Results in white below:
Villain has Td 8s (one pair, nines).
Hero has Kh Th (one pair, nines).
Outcome: Hero wins 7.70 BB.

Step 2: Flop nuts, watch things go downhill from there:

PokerStars 0.05/0.10 Hold'em (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is MP with 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG calls, Hero calls, 1 fold, SB completes, Villain checks.

Flop: (4 SB) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, Villain bets, UTG calls, Hero folds, SB folds.

Turn: (3 BB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Villain checks, UTG bets, Villain raises, UTG calls.

River: (7 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Villain checks, UTG bets, Villain raises, UTG calls.

Final Pot: 11 BB

Results in white below:
Villain has 9d Qs (straight, king high).
UTG has Th Kh (full house, tens full of kings).
Outcome: UTG wins 11 BB.

Aaron, you get no sympathy for a break even graph where the biggest drop is 80 BB.
