The real question should be "how much can you bench with proper form." The answer to that for most people is about 25% less than whatever they say their max is. [/ QUOTE ] Yes and without one of those bench press shirts that acts like a wrap or spring, can add a bunch to your bench. |

I never have a spot so I just do what I know I can do and right now thats 130 I'm 5'6" 140lbs. But leg press i'm a beast! My PR right now is 450 and I'm also squating about that.

When I was much younger I could BP about 140 in free weights, but 200 on a machine. Is this typical?
