I never have a spot so I just do what I know I can do and right now thats 130 I'm 5'6" 140lbs. But leg press i'm a beast! My PR right now is 450 and I'm also squating about that.

Just never tried for 1 rep max. Try to increase amount of 3rd set every couple weeks.

perhaps, but a dude with a 130lb bench that weights 140lbs is not likely to be doing a 3x BW full squat...especially if he can't do more on the leg press machine...

When I was much younger I could BP about 140 in free weights, but 200 on a machine. Is this typical?
The Free weight /Machine weight ratio?

exactly...somebody who is doing a proper leg press of 450lbs might be squatting what...aroudn 225 if he actually goes down to parallel.
