or if you want the double whammy, start doing a lot of coke once you get ur tapeworm. you can drop 50 lbs in like 2 weeks.

It is techincally "easy" to drop massive amounts of weight in short peroids of time.

It is hard to get up and get motivated to lift in the gym and then do 30 minutes of cardio daily. It is also hard to change habits from ordering pizza to preparing and eating salmon and asparagus. The problem isn't that losing weight and being healthy is some big secret. The problem is that people just aren't motivated to do it, regardless of what they say.

Basically, losing weight is mentally tough, not physically tough.

i went from 265 to 155 in less than a year. i probably wasnt more physically active than the average person during that time and i was eating mostly burgers and doritos.

the key is to be able to fall asleep while hungry. when you wake up the hunger is mostly gone. once you do that a while your stomach will shrink and you wont be able to eat much anyway.

note: this weight loss method gave me scurvy

Completely, 100% true, but if you also MAKE it physically tough, you will lose much more weight, much faster.
