Default FT Bonus--worth it?

I am now playing .25/.50 6-max on stars with about 440BB on the regrind. I wonder if the bonus below is worth it? I don't really plan on re-depositing i.e. so I can't "move down." Also I don't have RB on FT (which would be consumed by the bonus). Stars appears to have slightly better table selection and higher vpip tables. Lastly can anyone do a $200 FT/Stars trade?

I've never played at FT, but I can say that at 0.5/1 6-max and below at Stars people seem to dislike money. It's rare to find a table with enough good players that I have to leave. There seems to be a big jump at 1/2 though and I have to start table selecting there, although it's still no problem to find a table full of cold callers. The problem is though at these levels you're not earning any substantial FPP so you're essentially getting no rakeback/bonuses and playing in a high rake game. My goal is to take a lot of shots to get out of these levels as soon as possible.

If I ever start playing again, I believe FT is the only place I could play. I would never play without rakeback, and on stars/absolute I have accounts but no rakeback -- I might still have raketracker for absolute, maybe. FTP is the only one I haven't signed up on thats big.

I haven't seen this argument in a while. It used to come up all of the time, but I assumed we were done with it. If I knew how to find a link to that math article by Davelin about keeping the pot small pre-flop I would post it there.
