I played at the Wynn from Wednesday to Saturday night this week and have never been more pleased with a card room staff.
The people taking names were ultra polite. The people in the cage were too. The dealers were very skilled and courteous as well. Most of them interacted with the players well. Just by being polite got me comped a $70 buffet for my wife and I after only 10 hours of play or so. Maybe if you're not a whiny little bitch they treat you better?

Al,
Look at the big picture. If you make money there (EV+), then you should play there anyway knowing full well that this BS will happen occationally. (Kinda like being married). However, you NEVER win if you are pissed off. Somebody start a thread for everyone to donate to Al Capone's paypal account so he can get his laptop out of pawn. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
