Yeah i'd wait. You aren't in the hand. Shut up till you are. If you think you'll give away information, you need to say something after the hand that you were involved in. If the dealer does nothing and you see it again, regardless of whether you are in the hand or not, then you can call the floor.

Or, y'know, ask the dealer to do something about it before holding up the game and annoying the floor.
