Please don't fold preflop. 5 betting preflop is entirely plausible. On this flop, it's a raise or fold spot, and I don't mind raising. I agree that the key issue is whether or not you think Sensei is capable of betting this flop empty.

I would shove flop over calling...I think he'd be unlikely to bluff the turn again when you'll only have $1100 behind in an $1860 pot...meanwhile he could have 3 outs with an Ace or more with a hand like T8 or T9

Or mebbe 5-bet overbet shove preflop?

Also...is it really so cut&dry that OP can't have anything but big pairs after flat-calling the pf 4-bet? can't he at the least have any pair...$240 to call with $2200 to win & position & deception OTLT

5-BETTING PRE IS SO BAD WITH 200 BBS. YEAH DJ IS INSTA-STACKING OFF THAT MUCH WITH QQ AND AK RIGHT.

He will get it in with AA only and fold his QQ/JJ and AK type hands. It's not like there's been a ton of history between you and him (him 3-betting you consistently or 4-betting). The only noticeable history thus far is that OP has 3-bet the other tight villain's open twice (both of which didn't involve Sensei).

5-betting with 200 bb's is soooooooooo bad.

i couldn't disagree more. if dj 4-bets here with ak/qq/jj it better be with the intention to get ai. that being said, i think his range is aa or air, i feel like he wouldn't make this play with ak/qq/jj with no history for the simple reason that he wouldn't expect bj to get it in with worse. so, i agree 5-betting pf is bad, but not for the same reason you think it is. as it is i would call flop and probably call turn.
