If you are too tight you don't get action usually so not sure what you mean by too tight?

Essentially you are saying the following:

I don't know how to play post flop.

I mean in hand 1 its a no brainer to 3 bet that turn but bottom line you weren't getting any more action unless your opponent isn't nearly as good as you say he is.

By fussing over missed bets that weren't ever going to materialize as there was no disguising that hand, I think there is something that you are missing.

The juxtaposition of hand 1 with hand 2 and 3 is such that it demonstrates a complete lack of confidence in your own postflop play and the principles of betting.
