FTP problems signing in

haha, same here klavs. i got an email saying i would get $6.66 as good will credited to my account within 24 hours. log in last night and only had $5. this morning i check my email and i have a support email saying a good will showing of $5 had been added.

i did send an email asking why they promised me one amount and then sent less. i can wait for that response. ftp is so awesome.

I am having this same problem, as of about 1 1/2 hours ago... How long did it take for support to fix it? and did you have any luck reveiving replys from emails to support?
