Do you know what would be awesome?

1) Find cops, have friends with video cameras ready.
2) Be sober, but act really drunk and say "[censored] the police" a lot, but not so loud as to be disturbing, etc. Go on a rant about how much you hate those [censored].
3) They arrest and go for the breathalyzer. Be drunken and say "I don't give a [censored] I'll blow into that [censored] you [censored] [censored] cops".
4) Pass breathalyzer test. Immediately act sober and ask if there is anything else you can help them with.

In some jurisdictions, including the one I live in, simulated intoxication is a more serious offense than actual public intoxication. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that it's become a felony.
