You're better off at the cash games than these $1.20 tournaments. The rake is higher at these super-low micro limit tourney's. 50 cents is 10% of a five dollar tourney, but 20 cents is 20% of that one dollar buy in.
The payouts aren't that great either. 1st= 3.30 2nd= 1.50 3rd= .60 I guess the ROI for 1st isn't that bad, but at the end of a tournament with a high M you have to shove in with some pretty gnarly looking hands so it really is a crapshoot. You can do much better than that at a cash game, even if you only buy in for $1.20 at the two cent game, you'll have 60 BB. |

if i were you i would stay at the same level that your at then once you get like $500 then move up to higher levels. I started at a $40 sit-n-go 10 man tables and then i moved to 60,80,100, and now im at a 150 tables bringing home about 2000 a night
