fold that flop......damn

I'm getting almost 2.5 to 1 odds so only have to be 28% equity to be cEV and maybe 30% to be $EV.

If he showed me AA after going allin you would have to instacall as you have 40% equity

How could you ever fold this flop?

Does anybody use a mixed strategy of allins and CBs when playing from the blinds with 12-20 BBs?

[/ QUOTE ]

I'm on the view that less than 18 BBs or so this is no more than a two street game, i.e. everything should be raised preflop and every flop should be c-bet, but those two bets are almost always going to commit you. Therefore, I am pretty much pushing any flops with my stack in the 10-18BB range if I do decide to play. Of course I reserve the right to change my mind based on the action, opponents, board, etc.

So whether or not you push or cbet on this flop I don't think really matters all that much, it is all going in either way. Had you raised less preflop you might have been able to get away from it, but I just don't think you can here.

I only open limp in the SB if I feel like BB is defending too much.
