This argument isn't going to fly. Closer would be to argue that Amare was on his way into the game as a sub. But really the only chance is to argue about Duncan going on the court and not being suspended 2Q. yeah, it's been covered. But I think there probably was a significant element of him getting his boy's back. Not a fight there, but not a fight with Horry either. Whatever. Maybe it doesn't fly, but it's a lot better shot than asking to waive the ban b/c the bannees were too important.
