there are definitely ways to avoid this, wire transfers let you do unlimited amounts and avoid neteller and there are US accounts with good exchange rates if u keep enough cash in them, at least at TD

When I send money from my checking account to Neteller then I have to pay that 8 or 9% fee. If you all do I hope that you keep that in consideration.

If you do the "slow way" 4-5 days, then there's 0 fee.

I do that already. My problem is with the 60k I have sitting in Neteller doing nothing. I can't funnel that into my chequing account because that means I pay exchange fees if I go busto and have to move it back through Neteller.

Edge, im from montreal, same problems. What I did was set up a U.S denominated account at TD, then I get checks from neteller for like 11 bucks fedexed to me whenever I withdrawl. I deposit the money in my U.S account then use the pay bills option on TD's website to move it to a U.S denom. etrade.ca account. Very easy, and I never exchange the money.

Just wondering, can I mvoe money from neteller to etrade.ca directly or is this not possible?

2/5 of my bankroll was lent to someone who was investing it for me, and something happened and i lost the money for good, so that 2/5 no longer exists.
