go mortgage shopping online and plug that number in everywhere.
A couple of old work pranks: 100's of calls all day long. It's a start. Post # in M4M ad on craigslist in his area so the area code matches. Ask for them to talk dirty/leave messages.

If you have enough money hire a private investigator to find the kid then hire an out of country hitman to end his life. To make sure you don't get linked you will need to hire a decent out of country hitman to come in and do the job which can cost 10k+ but I used to know a russian dude who would do hits for 4k. Finding a hitman is obviously the hard part but also not as hard as you might think if you have any sort of grimy connections. Money talks.
My brother got jacked for 5 bills cause he is an idiot and tried buying a WoW character over western union before consulting me. If I could legally do so I would gladly murder this kid with my bare hands. I wouldn't make it quick because I would really want him to understand the finality of his situation but I also wouldn't get totally sadistic and murder/rape his family in front of him or anything like that. I don't really have that in me. If you found his place and didn't want to kill him you could maybe just take a trip out to his place with a close friend or two. Get prepped (hair nets gloves etc cover everything) throw a blanket over him at night and beat him half to death. Bounce. Burn everything you wore/used. Go home.
