you have to call the river, the decision is the turn

I would fold the turn, as played i think you might have to call....calling 108 on the turn you cant come up with a better river card than a 7.

the guy has an agression factor of 1.7 i would expect to a 9 like 90% of the time.......the other 10% a slowplayed aa or kk.

you realise if he has a 9 90% of the time you should fold right?

I'm with the guys who say that the decision is on the turn. Once you called the turn and filled up on the river, I don't think it's really a question at all. The turn is obviously debatable, and if it were me, I probably call/fold like 50/50. That obviously changes based on who I'm playing and any reads I have on them.

answer is obv flow dependent and his ability t o fire 3 barrels.

river is a fold IMO, even after calling flop + turn. you need intangibles here like timing and prev hands.

you should realize that given the flop bet+ raise by him + your call, this was going to a diff hand.

Villain is 38/21/1.75 over a relatively small sample and pretty bad from what I've seen. He hit a 6 outer on the river against me earlier and stacked me. I've been pretty active on the table, raising in position etc.
