For the last time everyone I am not freezing any birds in our fridge, and certainly not the owl that would rid me of the bat in the first place. I have more honor than that.

You could buy a snake to eat the eagle's eggs to ensure that it doesn't reproduce, but until the eagle dies of natural causes, I think you'd be screwed.

Yeah this bat and I are on about equal ground right now, an eagle would whoop my ass lacrosse helmet and broom or not. We discussed just getting used to the bat, this way when people came over we could be like "oh and watch out for the bat," and then they'd ask if we had a pet bat, and we would say no. Man the looks on their faces!

Get one of those ultrasonic dog whistles and see if you can disrupt the bat's sonar, make it fly into something, and grab it while it's stunned.
