OOT, I need help getting a bat out of our house. Apparently we have a hole in our roof somewhere, because these damn bats keep flying in to the attic. DAMN THING JUST FLEW THREW AGAIN JESUS CHRIST. Ok so anyway, they sometimes get down from the attic into the house, and they scare the crap out of all of us.

The bat keeps coming down from the attic right now to dive bomb us, he keeps swooping at my head and it's driving me nuts. My current plan is as follows: I've left the door from the attic to the house open, because I can't tell where the bat is and I don't want to lock it in the house. Then I left a bunch of windows and the door open and we're just hoping that the freaking thing will leave, but it has flown downstairs 4-5 times already AND IT WON'T [censored] LEAVE. What can I do to get this damn thing out? I already tried hitting it with a broom but it just won't leave.

You obviously need a fat Samoan friend and a fly swatter.

Well we just put on Underworld Evolution, hopefully the bat will respond to its vampire masters. I hope it leaves though because I really, really hate bats. I'm kind of a sissy anyway when it comes to gross animals and bugs, but I worked with an exterminator once, and even he hates bats and cockroaches, which made me hate them. My brother wouldn't stop talking about all the diseases they have and now I'm paranoid as hell.

Open the fridge, then hit the lights. Bats are attracted to light. It'll fly in the fridge, then you shut the door. End of story.

Then I have either:

a) a live and pissed off bat in my fridge, which is both scary when I have to open it, and gross because all my food will be tainted by that vile, disgusting bat.
b) a dead, frozen bat, which while less scary is certainly even more disgusting.

Besides bats are very quick in the air and I doubt I could overcome cringing like a little girl getting bat dive-bombed in time to shut the door.
