Maybe they were discussing if the girl should tell you she has herpes and/or HIV? I could also see a crazy chick doing this to get guys to go away though.
On a side note, what if this happened to one of us and the girl didn't say anything about diseases only to later find out from the co worker that the girl had herpes/HIV? This may be the only justifiable situation I can think of where I would lay a serious smackdown on a girl.
