Add:

Ammendment X:

Whereas human life is a gift from God that is held sacred, its protection from natural conception to natural death shall not be abridged either by law or by failure of the government to protect same.

Ammendment Y:

These rights enumerated here and in the constitution as a whole, shall not be extended to the fullest degree to foreigners not naturalized and may limited as congress shall see fit.

Ammendment Z:

Congress shall make no law limiting the right of the people to wager at games of chance except to insure that they are conducted fairly.

If he's a libertarian, rape is theft. It is an encroachment of property rights of the person without expressed consent of the person being violated.

(Personally, I think amendment X is redundant)
