Nice pics from Fernie, i'm heading there on Tues (mmm 9hr flight) - then Morzine in the Alps in a month. Just started snowing there, it'd melted back to green fields until a couple of days ago

I went snowboarding with my buddy not too long ago on the bunny hill (STFU you criticising bastards) lol

well anyway the bunny hill ended and the super mega you'll die hill veers off to the left and not knowing hot to stop, went down that hill. I also went off a jump before I fell and rolled to a stop. I do not plan on strapping on a board for awhile.

[/ QUOTE ]

LOL who the [censored] has a bunny hill that leads into a blackdiamond?! Some ski resort owners must have some twisted sense of humor..

nice..

wish I could go skiing again, missed out last year, and my wallet is telling me its not gonna go down this year either..

[/ QUOTE ]

err I meant snowboarding, as skiing is clearly for fruitbooters and fairywinkles.

[/ QUOTE ]

I just assumed thats what everyone else meant too.

Oh, and MSU, I hate you, so jealous. That is what last winter was like here quite a bit, deepest so far this year was 1 waist deep day. Otherwise it hasn't even really reached my thighs except in drifts.

Sigurd I have family that just moved out to Fernie 3 or 4 years ago, and constantly phone back home whenever they get big dumps to mock the pathetic hills of Ontario. Those calls have been much more frequent this year. I seriously need to get out there over reading week.

Enjoy the snow.
