That's [censored]. I'm not saying he does or doesn't, but personnel shouldn't be a factor at all in the COTY award. Too varied from team to team, too vague. I think he deserves the award, but I'm surprised you of all people would think his "input into personnel" as a factor that should be contributed.

Sure, some moves turned out great, other didn't, I'm not super-familiar with the extent of the NO roster turnover but that isn't my point anyways.

I'm saying that given that each coach has a different amount of input in personnel, you can't factor offseason moves in coaching awards.
