Flat calling is TERRIBLE guys... what's the matter with you!!!
The problem is that you have 2 tag-alongs. They are very likely to have AJ+, 77+. Original opener should be in the range TT+, AQ+. If he is standard tight that is. That makes calling bad because the flop could very well help you, while giving somebody else the nuts (or close to). So here you must either raise or push. I prefer to push, but everyone in here knows that it kind of telegraphs your hand (AK), so a raise to 650 could actually signal more strength than shoving. Point is, I actually don't want a call. So whatever can give me the best chances at taking it down right now, will be my preferred play. |

With 500 in the pot already, I'll flip all day long. I push.

I think RyanGHall makes some good arguments for flat calling, but with the 500 in dead money in the pot and the fact that since we're taking this flop 4 ways, even if we hit the flop with TPTK, our hand could very well be no good. And with 14bb's left, I don't want to put in 10% of my stack where TPTK could very well be a 2nd best hand.
I'm pushing to narrow the field and/or take this pot down right now. If I get called by a pair, then so be it. |

Hey juice, you are really getting way better and better. As you see, calling and pushing are options here.
Personally i prefer pushing for the same reasons other posters allready gave. Don`t change your game because you lost a flip or whatever. you are really on a good way. |

If you hit your A or K, in order for somebody to have you beat the other 2 cards on the flop have to hit their 3 out kicker or 2 out pocket pair. It will happen once in awhile, but I think you overstate the danger. In general I get caught too much by a mid pocket pair going all-in in these situations. I would probably check and very likely be able to double up against AQ, AJ, KQ when I flop TPTK. |

This is a standard shove in my book.
