Problems with UB cashouts

Btw as somebody bumped it.
They didnt proceed first cashout and returned the money to my accoutn without telling me anything about their decision.
Then I played like 100 hands more and try another cash out.
It took few days but it was proceeded. Still no email from them.
2days later I lost my "please come back bonus" deleted UB from my HD and marked emails from them as spam so I guess I will never know why they declined first cashout and proceeded with the other one.

Cliff notes : I got my money back.
