OOT IS THAT WAY

I don't care what the OOT regulars have to say. I want to hear from BBV regulars.

That being said, feel free to participate, NT.

1 - i am a soon-to-be-unemployed social worker

2 - i like being a social worker, i like being unemployed even better. i plan to derive additional negative income from my mad PLO skillz

3 - sadly i do not plan on continuing to be unemployed, i am going back to school in january to become more qualified to not work as a social worker

4 - in the meantime i am actually trying to make money playing poker, or, if that falls through, get paid to troll BBV? or any other forum really.

1. programmer
2. it sucks
3. for now...
4. poka? i make a meager salary (15-20k/y), but where i live, it can be considered quite good. and even if i were to land a super-duper-awesome job, i could only make like 3x as much, at best, in any field. that just makes poker even more attractive as i only have relatively low goals to beat.

Where do you live, if you don't mind me asking.

1. Student/Poker
2. Hate School/Enjoy poker
3. I'll continue playing online as long as I can beat the games. I'm only like two full semesters away from a BS in Math, but I dont enjoy it at all and loathe the thought of going through 2 more years to get an MS, especiallly since I'm already 26.
4. I think I'd enjoy prof'ing some low level college math(calc, diff eq, etc), but it's my understanding that I need an MS in Math for that and I just dont know if it's worth it or not. I mean, my EV right now in the process of moving up is in the $55-70/hr range and I play small stakes...hard to imagine the games at nl1 not always being juicy.

BBV lurker - so most of da crew probably don't care about me but what the hell...

1: Pastry Chef - 16 years
2: I love the work - I can do some amazing things with sugar and chocolate that the ladies love - but working 16 hours a day in hot sweaty kitchens blows.
3: No - the time has come to get a life.
4: Playing poker/DJing - plan on owning/running a nightclub in about another 3 years time.
