he's great at writing and thinking about poker, as well as dating black hookers and spewing money on horse betting. his best game is pl one card where youre dealt a card between 0 and 1 and your opponent and you both have infinite stacks. he's thought a lot about this game and collected a lot of data and is clearly the world's leading authority so as soon as they start spreading it regularly at bellagio he will have a huge edge.

We should reasonably expect that David can beat whatever game he is playing regularly and possibly stakes a little higher if he put the work into it.

I've played with him a handful of times and have seen some very very basic misplays. In the 200/400 game we were playing in I don't think he was a winner. very seasonal! one time on the way from the bellagio poker room to the restroom i saw him losing on a horse and clutching a racing form in one hand while wiping his brow with the other. he was saying "cmon! cmon! cmon!" i took from this one incident that he's a horse betting junky and wildly -EV at it. do you see why?
