We are transforming the HHF to a Party Poker style. At the we are in contact with Poker Tracker and work something out so it is recognized as bodog in the near future.

Good to hear you didn't have any errors. It seems we are on the right way :-) And it is right they are imported as Party Poker at the moment. We are discussing this issue with Poker Tracker at the moment.

While in Beta we would love to hear some feedback regarding other things from all of you, too.

Make sure you check our site in the next few hours hours as we will have a new version out that changes the limitations. Will be posted here, too.

Curious as to why you want to use a "Party Poker" style?

PokerStars has a much cleaner and easier to manage format.

We wanted to have a Poker Tracker compatible HHF style. Most of people prefered to play at Party Poker so we to take their format.

Dogwatch: since the Americans (and many of the non-American pros---the ones who will buy your software when it goes commercial) will be playing mainly on Pokerstars (and Full-Tilt), you might want to change your format to that of Pokerstars.

Having experience with this, I can tell you that it will be much easier to program if you convert it to a PokerStars format since PS format is much cleaner. Party's HH format is just about as bad as their buggy software. I see absolutely no advantage in converting to a Party format, for you, PT, PAH, or your users.

ps. PokerStars is the #1 site now, who cares about Party.

How about a AHK script to open tables and keep 'em open, so it's not a lot of work to do the datamining?

I am virtually finished with the code for writing it in Party Poker hhf format. But there is this one little sentence in APerfect10's post that made me change my mind:

That let me see the questions about the format in the following light: "Party alienated us. Why do you want to remind us of that?" So I will rewrite the code and produce PokerStars hhf format.

This will have no effect on the Beta test! You can continue to test the software. There is also a new version available in the next few hours with all table limits enabled.

I dont understand why anyone would want it in Stars format instead of Party Poker - now when the files are imported they're all going to be mixed in with my PokerStars hands and I wont be able to keep my stats separate between the two rooms. Party Poker is ideal now (for Americans at least) because we no longer play there.
Hopefully PT Pat will add a Bodog import so this will all become a moot point.

We have thought about your idea. But we will implement that as an inbuilt DogWatch Handgrabber feature in a future release. Do have some special ideas how it should work in detail or other features you would like to see implemented?
