This is what I'm talking about - the U.S. govt. isn't going to just sit back and allow such an easy loophole like Neteller. They made the law and if they intend to enforce it, then Neteller will soon become an unlawful merchant for U.S. banks to do business with - it's that simple.

You live in a fascist state. The US government will do what the hell it likes and you will suck it up like you have always done.

However, they are also incompetent, so there are bound to be huge loopholes. You may even find that after the elections this issue dies a death and the situation is little different from what it is now. Wasn't there a body of opinion that internet gambling was already illegal in the US before this new law?
