Do you think they changed to the 6-max structure on more limits in order to compensate for lowwering pot sizes over the last few years (and therefore reduced rake) or do you think this was part of their strategy to increase income just before their IPO?

They do include rake. If your PT says that you won $100, you should have $100 in your account, roughly.

Furthermore, they count rake the way that party assigns MGR to you: rake/players = your rake

Now, in vegas I think that the rake is really small, because of competition...

If you start climbing through the limits at B&Ms, though, the rake becomes really small, as you start paying session fees.

If you want the ultimate shaft, I've heard of monstrous rakes at underground clubs.

at a 10/20 game, 10% rake max $25, for example!!!

(at NLHE games, 5% max $10 is possible, 5% max 7... 5% max $15... I've HEARD about 5% no cap, but that's gotta be BS)

In the swedish "Cosmopol" casinos in Stockholm, Malmoe and Gothenburg they had 5 % rake with 25 $ cap. They just switched to 5 % rake, cap 12.5 $.
