Re: 200NL 6max Combo Draw bet/3bet?
So how often do you think both guys fold? And lol at playing a certain way just because the word passive sounds weak

Re: 200NL 6max Combo Draw bet/3bet?
is the shove in this spot not to obvious, thus gives your hand away to much ????? so what is left of your fold equity then?
a standard shove with a flushdraw on board is easily exploitable IMO. agree or do i missing the point. because of the third player in the hand i would only call. |

[/ QUOTE ] We don't have to shove. Just make it like $140 or something. |

Re: 200NL 6max Combo Draw bet/3bet?
Look,
The idea of leading into is exactly to get raised, so in that regard we got exactly what we wanted. The pot is between 90 and 100 dollars. Against a range of {A9o+, A9s+, 99, AA} we are 49%. Yes, sometimes we run into a set, but you guys are vastly overestimating the times we need them to fold, esp with all the money in there. I mean, even if it's like this, we are making money: Board: Ah 5h 9d Dead: equity win tie pots won pots tied Hand 0: 34.884% 34.88% 00.00% 11340 0.00 { 9h8h } Hand 1: 10.631% 10.41% 00.22% 3384 72.00 { AKo } Hand 2: 54.485% 54.26% 00.22% 17640 72.00 { A9s, A9o } And you need to realize that we are also fighting for the money that's already in the pot. Let's say they both fold 10%, then BAM, we're in a major +EV spot. |

If you want to play it passive, then that's up to you. But why would you lead if you are NOT going to assume you have good POT equity?!?!
