hmmm interesting,

I really like his play if hand 1 occurred first and he showed you the nuts.

I think if he doesn't change his bet sizes that 1 is then a definite raise although a cll is fine as his range will consist mostly of bluffs or hands that can't call the raise.

2nd one I definately raise, case can be made to call the first one but I would raise in heat of battle everytime

I agree with duck, I think hand 1 is not as obvious as it may seem and depends more on the flow of the game. Hand 2 is obv though..

Depends how much he uses the pot button but against some guys I def don't raise hand 1.

I think hand 1 is closer to a fold than a raise.
