BAHH this is irritating, guess i need ot cancel it too. There is talk about model numbers and perhaps a fix for the new models, but nothing conclusive as of yet.

Could i not hold on to the monitor for a few months, then send it back when they have addressed the problem for a new one? Will the monitor still be considered "defective" if the banding is as bad as everyone says?

has anyone here experienced the banding, would it affect poker/movies THAT dramatically?
