Reraises to how much? I understand the concept of 3-betting with KK in FL, but the number of raises is not as relevant as the amount of money going in. If I reraise and it's not a push, how much do I raise to? If I push, what hands call that are behind, and what hands fold that I wanted to pay me off later on?
