3-raising the first hand sounds like a really horrible idea. That basically guarantees getting stacked by AA and folding out everything else.

It's 6-handed. What do you think my cold-3-raise means to a tight player who just reraised another tight player's open? Do you think either of them are calling with AK/QQ? Do you think either of them are calling/pushing with AA?

I think your cold-3-raise means AA, so I do not think either of them are calling with AK/QQ if they are any good. I guess I forgot to take that into account.
