This is too weak. LAGs have hands in this position that are worse than ours but still prepared to take it to multiple bets. So we should just call call, because he bets? Come on, I want more bets in this pot with TPTK.

I don't think villain could have much on this board, so I prefer waiting until the river. Then he can put in another bluff bet or get the opportunity to pair up so that he can call a raise. Also, sometimes a river raise might freeze a weak Q, so that you lose a bet less. |

I also raise the turn because I'm not at all scared of being 3bet. That's assuming the high AF comes from raising lots, not bet/folding lots.

I think it's OK, but I'd be expecting to get 3-bet a decent amount.

I like your line.
And I`d cap the river to a 3-bet. |

Against someone with those numbers. I would rather raise the turn, and call down any further aggression.

[/ QUOTE ] The reason why I want to wait until the river to raise is 1) I don`t want him to fold 2) I want him to pick up something on the river. On this board there is no card in the deck we have to fear so giving him a cheap card is to our benefit. |

well i just realized i'd misread the hand i thought that the flop was just bet this entire time and not check raised by the antagonist, with the checkraise i wouldn't reraise anymore i was wondering why we were giving a LAG credit for hitting a paired flop just because he bet but this makes more sense now, i didn't want to fold hands out with my turn reraise before i thought we were ahead because i wasn't giving the LAG credit for a hand and this way we'd ensure getting the bets in there as most LAGs love to call down
