At least you got your buyin back. I was on 2 tournaments yesterday and they both crashed. I was even booted off one of them and couldn't get back on the tables with no idea when the games would resume. I fired an email to party and asked them to refund my buyins (since it was early in the tournament).

They responded to my email today denying anything was wrong with their games, what BS!

Well I finally got my refund. Don't know if posting on 2+2 had anything to do with it, probably not but I was getting nowhere with them. I tried the nice approach the first time and then after that response I sent them an angry email demanding to speak to a supervisor. They finally admitted there were problems with both of my tournaments and refunded my buyins.

I feel sorry for those that were deep into the MTTs during the crash yesterday and only got their refunds back.

Funny, they emailed me saying how sorry they were but they were doing nothing about it, I suggested that they had just lost several thousand in rake, not to mention all of the good pub they would receive on two plus two and other forums. Amazing they put $50 in my account. To enroll the seventy in the WSOP tourney would have cost them nothing, they were putting 50 in anyway. Wow those people are geniuses.
