My style generally results in spending a lot of time in the yellow and orange zones late in the tournament. Therefore, live, I like players to think that I am super tight, since I am spending a lot of time going after the blinds and antes. I spend a considerable amount of effort convincing everyone not to call me with anything other than a monster once then blinds/antes have become very enticing, even to the point of giving up some chips in the process.

The other night I bet at the pot with quads. The table was aghast when the guy folded and I turned them over. I don't think I got called again until the final table. Not to mention making the bet look like a stab and enticing villain to come over the top drawing dead.
