I was listening to Dr. Drew on the radio about a week ago and he said a caller who went down on a girl might have oral herpes. He also did something later that could have irritated his throat and caused the sores to get active.

Very likely to be a bacterial infection like strep or staph. See a doc, get some antibiotics, rest, hydrate, and no blowing any guys for two weeks.

strep infection, its not uncommon.

If it is bacterial then you could get anti biotics, if its viral then you are sol and just need to give it time.

[/ QUOTE ]
All strep throat is bacterial. "Strep" is short for streptococcus, a type of bacteria. See a doctor. It probably won't hurt you, but in rare cases prolonged untreated strep throat can cause heart problems.

it's the weekend so id go out downtown tonight and turn a trick w/ the first guy that drives up. he'll probably be in a beat up pickup truck, wearing a dirty undershirt and smell like budweiser. get in the passenger seat and blow him like youve never blown before. collect your $10 and go on about your night.

the next friday go back to that same spot and when he pulls up, before you get in his rusty ford truck ask him, "what'd you catch?"

bwana

Went into the ol' doc, he said it didnt look like strep, he said it was viral, but he gave me penicillin and benzocane lozenges anyway.

I hope everyone who felt like making gay jokes got the opportunity to. I was SO totally NOT expecting them when I posted this. You are all so funny and original, please save me the time and effort, and just pat yourselves on the back, you deserve it!
