First off, I don't think it is either. But I also don't think 33 is. But if you go strictly by +EV pushes according to SNGPT with your ranges, they both would be.

I decided to actually run the numbers and yeah 33 is just not a good shove here against any halfway realistic range, which just reinforced what I already thought.

Assigning ranges is an area I'm always willing to improve. It is obvious I have a leak and would love some input.
