If Villain is capable of going nuts with 7 high on a AAK board then you quite possibly have the best hand already.

But you said he is mister opposite man who likes to limp his good stuff and raise his bad stuff so I think I'd just call his flop raise. If the 'mister opposite' read isn't solid then I don't mind 3 betting the flop at all.

3 bet the river, if he shows Axs then so be it.

:grunch:

Preflop: cap it. KQ is +EV hand, the fact that you are up against a maniac does not change that.

River: Call, and hope he doesn't have Ad.

What just happened here? PF, you advocate a cap against a LRR (which is potentially OK against some maniacs if your reads are good) and then you get MUBS with the 2nd nuts?

3-bet/call this please!

I would cap preflop.
I don't mind the 3bet on the flop, you have 15 outs to top pair or better and a very slim chance of having the best hand. You probably have an equity egde.
I check the turn, just cause I dont want to get raised, and he's not folding. Take the free card.

3-bet the river for value, worse hands will pay you off here.

not 3-betting this river against a maniac is criminal.

Not 3-betting this river sucks. Not loving the flop play.

Preflop: fine.

Flop: Why do you 3-bet that flop? You're on a draw and chances are you need to hit to take it down after the limp-reraise preflop. I hate that 3-bet.

Turn is fine

River: I'd 3-bet without a second thought against just about anyone (I'm working on losing my MUBS). You've got 2nd nuts and given Maniac's nature this is an easy 3-bet IMO (he could have AA-TT, be bluffing, have a lower flush and probably a few other weird holdings).
