Default Re: Official Review Thread, Bond18 Stars 1k FT

I always screw up hands like Hand #114. I never c/c flop and then check turn (as several people thought was a good way to play it). I always either lead flop or c/r flop or c/c flop and lead turn.

Following is what goes through my mind on these flops:

1) I probably have the best hand

2) If I c/c and then check turn I may be giving two free cards to any A/K/J or FD or SD.

3) If villian double barrels turn I have know idea if he is betting a hand or a draw or air (since I played so passively) and I realize if I call turn I may have another tough decision on river with no idea where I'm at.

Can anyone tell me what "I Should" be thinking on these types of flops?

Here are my comments. I will now go over everyone else's comments and see if I have comments on them.

40. I would limp 44 in early position in level 2.

103. What is the point in flat calling preflop rather than pushing to the reraise with JJ? You have only a PSB left.

211. I don’t think you have the odds to push over the 9xBB CO raise with 44 on the button. You may be slightly behind villain’s range with pot odds, and you have to worry about the remaining players.

223. Tight play with AK saved you.

229. Tight fold of Q9s from hijack.

Aspoker8:

114: I think calling is okay here. Nobody else has had any complaints and 3 betting is obv out.

hand 193: Seems fairly close, i'd bet it was numbers related.

Hand 205: Yea a few people brought that up. I'm always folding 88, always calling TT. 99 feels close but calling prolly fine.

Hand 209: Yea, i mentioned before that i think go-go>shove here.

251: This was the result of a tight image and getting pretty close to the bubble.

276: Exact bubble.

Hand 353: This felt close but thats prolly right.

Hand 420: This seemed pretty close, i know i'm jamming JJ and i'm guessing if he had tight numbers i don't. IDK whats best here honestly.

Hand 427: With that may aggro players behidn me opening here is fairly meh.

Hand 466: Def tempting, but god Axo is such a [censored] disaster when called and i'd restole fairly recently.

Betgo,

Hand 211, i agree this was not very good. I think we need like 66+ here.
