I would have folded the turn considering his agression factor. Against most players I would have called and re-evaluated on the river. Villain here probably has AA or trips. Check raise from a super passive player means a monster 9 times out of 10.

Vs most of the loose 5NL players who are common among these games this hand is often good enough for me to put my stack in the middle.

With the read I missed, I think I fold before the flop as well. Go Teddy!!!!!!!!!

I think the only hands in his arsenal that play like this are AQ, QQ, AA. Since you can only tie one you should fold. I believe small stakes players are straightforward enough so we are sure it is -EV to call here. This deals with the same issue so you might find it useful.
