I think a fold on turn is correct here. Hero probably have 2 outs to win this hand, and why suppose that villain's got anything less than at least a king? I think villain shows AK here.

grunch Would it be wrong to just fold on the flop? Seems to me that the villain's aggressive preflop probably means he has a king. Barring that, why keep playing through turn and river? [/ QUOTE ] We have about three outs, and closing the action getting 16.67:1, it is wrong to fold. Just to count the outs, we have: -2 outs for a queen -1 out for our BDSD since it will come in 4.5% of the time or so ((8/47)(8/46)+(8/47)(4/46)). It's probably just easier not to bet the flop since you're going to be drawing, but even against the raise, it's a clear call. |

[ QUOTE ] it's not a donk, it's a strange C/R [/ QUOTE ] why is it a strange CR when a K probably makes up a huge part of villains' raising range? [/ QUOTE ] Didn't see the c/r just that hero bet first on the flop. The c/r means 1 of 3 things: KK Over aggro Kx He's an idiot. Only one of those is any good for you. No long call down, fold. |

if we make PF 3bet and then someone cap after us can we say that we make donk and flop?
(we cant reraise capper so we did not show all our power) So when pot is big here best play is to donk (any name of this action if cant be named donk?) this flop when all checked and capper is exacly after our move? |

When the pre-flop capper checks a K high flop you need to proceed cautiously. Most of the time he is trying to be fancy and go for the c/r. Unless you have a read that he could play this way with QQ, JJ, AQ, etc and can fold to your flop bet I would take the free card.
It's just a bet if the last street aggresor checks then you bet. |

You are looking at AA, KK, or AK 90% of the time here. Swallow your pride and fold the turn. The preflop capping and checkraise on the flop makes me even more inclined to believe he has AA as he probably puts you on AK. |
