Are you seriously advocating a fold here? First of all, yeah, this guy's not tremendously loose preflop, but 23% vpip is not exactly a rock. Also, his aggression factor post flop is 3 - so he is capable of betting if he senses weakness. He probably thought you c-bet with air, and were shutting down. A fold here is terrible. Either bet the turn yourself, or check raise all in. c/f is the worst move available to you. You're losing to QJ or a set - him having the straight is extremely unlikely, as it was a gutshot on the flop. Something like a pair + straight draw is also quite likely here. Gotta get the money in every time.
