I read your read. It said that just because he re-raised you the previous hand you think he'll do it again. If he's aggressive you just shouldn't limp, because with these stacks you can't call a raise. So just fold preflop. Before I posted my first comment I didn't notice your stack size and with full stacks raising is standard.

Seems very basic, with 1/3 of a stack you do not want to see a raised pot oop with a SC against an aggressive opponent.
