I have received that exact same Email as well. And still have the same problem - 24 hours later.... FTP whats going on?

I sent another email a few hours ago but still no response. This is getting really annoying, I really wanted to put in a decent amount of play this weekend.

It also raises a lot of doubts about FTP, I really have never heard of this happening at any poker site before.

The real question IMO is this: since there seem tobe only a limited number of 2+2 members effected - how did we get selected? (= are we going to be [censored] out of our money somehow ????)
If it had happened to more people I'd be much less worried...

I agree that its strange that only a few people are being effected like this but I think its highly unlikely we get screwed out of our money. Who would play there if at any point you can be disconnected and lose all your money? I can't think of anything I've done on FTP that warrant them screwing me out of money or anything for a violation of terms of use.

I agree, I haven't even played on their damn site for a month, just trying to log in after I got an Email that they have a bonus for me......

They sent me an e-mail saying the issue is fixed, but it's not, sent them a na$ty e-mail, lolz.

do any of the mods here have any connections to folks at ftp? this is ridiculous that players have been unable to login to their accounts for over 24 hours and have received what looks like zero response from fulltilt as to why or when this issue may be resolved.

I just checked their forums. Plenty of people are having the same issue. Lee Watkinson chimed in that he can't login and hasn't heard anything new so apparently support ignores their own pros as well. This is the last post in the thread from support at 7:19 this evening:

"A network hiccup on Saturday night caused issues for a group of players, who are currently unable to connect to the site. This problem will be fixed within the next 24 hours."

Ridiculous.
