I see this all the time in live tourneys - people continue to limp regardless of blinds or stack sizes. I was initially shocked by this, but now take it for granted. I cannot recall this ever beeing AA (except when I did it [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]). So, you can consider the limp as dead money. If the button has been aggressive, he can have a wide range of hands that you beat. I know I'd be shoving all sorts of stuff in his position. You must call.
